What Are Your Prices?

Custom sugar cookie prices begin at $42/dozen. Each order will be quoted according to design, colors requested, complexity, packaging, and time to create.

What Is the Minimum Order?

The minimum order for custom orders is 1 dozen cookies. To keep the integrity of my handcrafted cookies, I make small batches with the finest ingredients.

How Early Do I Need to Book?

Custom orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. Orders placed less than 2 weeks in advance, will be subject to a rush order fee. Orders requiring the purchase of items not currently in my bakery may be subject to longer processing times and additional fees.

When Do I Pay for My Order?

You order is not final until the invoice has been paid. Any changes made after payment will incur a fee. Payment is due in full 24 hours after receiving an invoice. Once paid, the order is FINAL and non-refundable. Orders will not be started until payment has been received.

Where Do I Pick Up My Order?

All orders are picked up at my home in North Mankato (address will be provided once payment for your order is received). The pick-up date and time will be discussed during the order process and will be finalized on your invoice. If the order is not picked up within 24 hours of the pickup date with no response from the customer, the order will be forfeited with no refunds.

For custom orders, your cookies can be delivered. If requested, the delivery fee will be included in the quote. I am unable to ship products to customers, according to Minnesota Cottage Food laws.

Due to the custom nature of these items, I cannot accept returns. Please e-mail me with any errors in your order, and I will work with you to fix the issue.

Can You Use a Copyrighted Image on an Order?

Due to issues with licensing, I will not make any orders with copyrighted images (unless permission is granted by the owner). Out of respect for the creative process for other bakers/designers, I will not duplicate another baker’s creation. However, providing photos for inspiration of color, décor and/or event invitation is encouraged!

How Long Do Cookies Stay Fresh?

Cookies will stay fresh in their heat-sealed bags at room temperature for 1-2 weeks. Cookies can be frozen for up to several months! Please place sealed bags in a sealed plastic container, then freeze. To thaw, simply place the sealed plastic container of cookies on the counter overnight (12 hours). Prematurely opening the plastic container may cause condensation or unwanted changes to your custom cookie. Cookies can be safely removed from the plastic container once they are fully at room temperature.
